Since 2019 we have been refining our art of creating flavorful hard apple cider. And now we are pleased to present our special flavors to the residents and visitors of the Verde Valley!
Since opening our new location on May 22, 2024 we have had the pleasure of serving neighbors and visitors to our casual, comfortable, and spacious tasting house. We love Cornville and the rich history surrounding us.

Once the site of the old Cornville Dance Hall, the Witch Creek Tasting House is proud to be a place for entertainment and relaxation in today's Cornville. The Cornville Dance Hall has been reborn! You can count on a tasty lite bite, quality crafted hard cider, or a smoothie when you pay us a visit. We invite you to browse through our site to see all we have to offer.

Making hard cider is our passion, but not just any hard cider! We are not a high production cider manufacturer. We use all fresh apples to crush and press our apple juice. Next we flavor 6 different options for you. All of our cider is made on site and served from our tap. Each of our guests is unique with different tastes. Our hard cider options range from the Super Natural with only apple juice used in the recipe with a medium dry finish to a complex Tropical Chill with Acai, Coconut, and Pomegranates. We even offer a hard cider that tastes remarkably like beer with a slight taste of hops and Arizona prickly pear juice. Come visit and try our flight of 6 wonderfully inspired flavors!
